Hope you all are safe and doing well!
After we received update on our postage situation, we've decided to send all outstanding orders (including polyamorous and genderqueer pins) using surface mail, as air mail is still unavailable. The shipping time has shortened to an average of 30 days, which we believe will be shorter than the time of the alternative: wait for air mail to reopen.
However, please do note that:
Therefore, do let us know if you're experiencing any tracking problems. Keep in mind the average 30 day transfer time in mind, though! It's likely that we won't be able to find out what exact country your parcel is until after at least after 30 days.
We will resume packing within 2 days, so if you have any major concerns or would like us to hold your package, please let us know as soon as possible.

Dear backers,
Hope you all are safe and doing well! Again, I want to thank you for your patience during these difficult times. We'd like to share with you a number of new developments on our end.
Production
To reiterate our previous post, we predict that our final shipment of pins will arrive in mid to late April. Until then, we are putting some of the 250 orders that contain Genderqueer/Polyamorous pins, and 70 miscellaneous orders, on hold.
Shipping
At the moment, we cannot send packages using our usual methods (E-Express or Air Registered Mail) because they are both closed due to the coronavirus. We estimate that this should last for at least another two weeks, and have sent a formal email to the post office with an inquiry. Since our only alternative, Surface Mail, takes 44-67 working days (which is likely longer than the time it'll take for our normal methods to become available and to arrive), we have decided to hold all orders until they reopen. Hopefully, this will be around the time when the pins arrive.
If you have received your tracking number but your package doesn't seem to be moving, it is held up in the postal service due to the same reason - however, please rest assured that they have been sent, and will arrive in due time! If you have not received your tracking number yet, it is because we are unable to post your package right now.

Delivery
Please note that there will be no written proof of delivery for these countries: https://www.hongkongpost.hk/en/about_us/whats_new/notices/index_id_905.html. This means that we will not know if your package has been delivered to you from your local post office, or the last tracking destination. If anyone has any issues with receiving your package, please let us know as we won't be able to monitor it remotely.
